Edit Ticket

To edit ticket details:

1. Open the relevant ticket to view the ticket details page.
2. Tap to display the menu in the top navigation bar and select Edit ticket:



The Edit ticket page is displayed.

3. Make the necessary changes and tap on the tick icon to save and return to the ticket details page.
